Last weekend I spent the best $20 of my entire life. I headed over to Target and finally bought this gem:

I’ve been experimenting with a few recipes, but my favorite so far has to be this barley, lentil, and mushroom soup! So good.

Yesterday, The Boy and I headed to the farmer’s market to pick up a few things for our own Crock Pot concoction (ok, so we actually modified this recipe  but it’s  all good) .

Carrots, potatoes, grass fed beef, and a yummy red wine sauce! We threw it all in the slow cooker this morning…so we’ll see how it turns out!!
